2. Ensure you note the delivery village

3. Submit completed form

4. Login or register to BWA website on the top right

5. Go to Bella Wings Express Delivery Payment Plans under Bella Wings Express tab

6. Selection a plan

7. Once complete, you will receive an email or phone call in order to finalize your account
